CAT-I.AI INC. (“CAT-I.AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who use the CAT-I.AI platform, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes the information we collect from users, how we use and disclose such information, and the steps we take to protect it.
By using the Services, you consent to the privacy practices described in this Policy. This Policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Use. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this Policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use.
CAT-I.AI's platform and Services are intended for business customers. We process the personal data of authorized representatives acting on behalf of business customers to the extent necessary for providing the Services. References to “User” or “you” in this Policy refer to such representatives.

3. AI Processing
The CAT-I.AI platform incorporates artificial intelligence to power features such as document generation, compliance analysis, and training content creation. AI processing resources are included with all subscription plans and are designed to support normal operational workloads for food manufacturing compliance and quality management.
Fair-use policies apply to AI-powered features. Usage levels are calibrated to accommodate the operational needs of food manufacturing facilities under standard conditions. In rare cases involving significantly abnormal usage patterns, we may apply reasonable limits to protect system stability and ensure consistent performance for all customers. Normal operational use will not be affected by these safeguards.
We do not use your User Content to train general-purpose AI models. AI processing of your data occurs solely within the context of providing the Services to you.
