Refund Policy

CAT-I.AI INC. (“CAT-I.AI,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be requested and processed for the CAT-I.AI platform and related services.
1. 14-Day Refund Window
New subscribers may request a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription purchase, for any reason. This applies to both monthly and annual plans. To be eligible, the refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds within the 14-day window are issued in full to the original payment method
- No questions asked — if the platform does not meet your needs within the first 14 days, we will process your refund promptly
- Upon refund, your account access will be terminated at the end of the refund processing period
2. After the 14-Day Window
After the initial 14-day refund window, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Active billing cycles are non-refundable once the cycle has begun.
- Monthly Plans: You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of your current monthly billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued
- Annual Plans: You may cancel at any time. Access continues through the end of your current annual billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for unused months after the 14-day window
3. Exceptions
Refunds outside of the 14-day window may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
- Documented service failures that materially prevented normal use of the platform for an extended period
- Billing errors, duplicate charges, or unauthorized transactions
- Violations of our published service level agreements (SLAs) that remain unresolved
Refund eligibility under these exceptions is determined at the sole discretion of CAT-I.AI.
4. Usage-Based Charges
Consumption-based charges — including AI image credits and additional storage — are non-refundable once the associated resources have been consumed or allocated. Refunds for unused credits may be considered if a documented technical issue prevented normal usage.
5. Enterprise Agreements
Customers with Enterprise or custom contractual agreements should refer to the refund and cancellation terms specified in their individual agreement. In the event of a conflict between this policy and your Enterprise agreement, the terms of your Enterprise agreement shall prevail.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team:

- Include your account email address, subscription or transaction ID, and a brief description of the reason for your request
Refund requests are reviewed within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and returned to the original payment method.
7. Data Export and Account Access
If a refund results in account termination, we recommend exporting your data before submitting your refund request. Upon account termination, you have 30 days to retrieve any remaining data. After this period, account data may be permanently deleted in accordance with our data retention practices.
8. Dispute Resolution
If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refund request, you may:
- Request escalation to our customer success team for further review
- Contact us at support@cat-i.ai to discuss alternative resolutions
We encourage resolving disputes directly before pursuing other remedies. All disputes related to this policy are subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions in our Terms of Use.
9. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers and updated on our website. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
